When entering the month of Ramadan there is one famous term, the term ngabuburit. Then what is the meaning of Ngabuburit?

Ngabuburit is an activity to await the sunset call to prayer before breaking the fast in the month of Ramadan. Ngabuburit activities can be done with many things, such as traveling, chatting, playing, going to the culinary market, looking for free takjil or spending time in the park. In addition, ngabuburit activities can take the form of attending religious activities such as listening to lectures and recitation.

The term Ngabuburit in the Minang language is known by the name malengah satisfiedo, which is to carry out activities to divert thirst and hunger because it is fasting.

Based on the Sundanese Language Dictionary which has been published by LBSS, the Sundanese Language and Literature Institute, that ngabuburit is a lakuran which is in Sundanese in the form of the ngalantung ngadagoan burit, which means relaxing while waiting for the afternoon.

The basic word, burit, which means the afternoon. This time is generally between after the evening prayer until sunset. However, according to another source, the term ngabuburit comes from the word burit which gets the suffix and repetition of the first syllable.

In Klaten there are many places that can be used as references for Ngabuburit. For example, Ngabuburit in the park, Klaten has many tourism parks such as lantern parks, mountain parks, Klaten city parks, etc.

Or it can also be used in the hills like the hill of love, the hill of Patrum, etc.

If ngabuburit in the mosque, the al aqsho mosque and the klaten highway mosque are recommended places to visit. Because the al aqsho mosque has a large courtyard and a large mosque close to the klaten square.

The subject is a lot of places that can be used as a reference for ngabuburit activities.

We recommend that in the fasting month be full of blessings and rewards, ngabuburit activities in positive matters such as reciting, giving takjil free, teaching TPA, cycling, jogging, reading books, attending lectures at mosques which are usually held open together, etc.
