Election is simultaneous not only in the elections and presidential elections but also in the elections in the district of Klaten.
The District Government (Pemkab) of Klaten has prepared a budget worth almost Rp. 13 billion to support the smooth running of village head elections (pilkades) simultaneously in Klaten district. The Klaten Regency Government hopes that citizen participation in voting in the Pilkades simultaneously in 269 villages in Klaten district can reach above 80 percent in each village.
Klaten Regency has been undergoing simultaneous pilkades in 2017 and 2018. And in the pilkades simultaneously this year, the entire budget will be borne by the Regional Budget of Klaten Regency. There is no longer a budget borne by third parties as in previous years. Whereas the Pilkades budget simultaneously this year is almost Rp. 13 billion.
The number of cakades in the pilkades simultaneously this year reached 798 people.
