Karanganyar Regency Square is located on Jl Lawu No. 385 Karanganyar District and right in front of the Karanganyar Regent Office and close to the Great Karanganyar Mosque. Karanganyar Square is an open and versatile public space that can be used by the wider community. Karanganyar Square is often used for various activities, both officially by the Regional Government (LG) and general activities by individuals, communities or groups.
Routine activities carried out by the Government of Karanganyar include the August 17 Ceremony and the Karanganyar Birthday on November 11th. While activities carried out by the general public include exhibitions, music concerts, associations, and so on. The surrounding community also often uses Karanganyar Square such as for soccer or volleyball sports or others in the field and can also circle outside the field by running, biking or walking.
Around the square, usually in the afternoon until evening, there are some traders who sell their wares around Karanganyar Square.
